Holiday Delivery:
LARGE PRINT SIZES 16x20 AND OVER/CANVAS PRINTS: Please note that the last day for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas of orders in sizes 16x20 and larger, as well as all framed canvas prints is Thursday, December 12, as per our production partner who produce our large posters.

SMALLER UNFRAMED PAPER PRINT SIZES:
We are printing orders in sizes 5x7, 8x10, 8.5x11, 11x14, A4 and A3 daily and shipping them on the same or next business day. The last day for guaranteed delivery of these sizes, as per the post office, is Wednesday December 18.

After the dates above, we will do our best to get your print out as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas Day.Our Custom Travel Signpost Destination Cities Art poster is a great way to display the locations and destinations that you love. Add places you've visited, places you would like to visit, or the towns and cities you've lived in. The first sign can be your current home city, with the other signs showing the miles to each of the places you choose. Just tell us your home city, and the cities/places you would like on the poster, and we'll do the rest. This poster will also make a great gift for a loved one, friend, or co-worker.

PLEASE NOTE- You can choose up to 10 places for this poster, and the signs will stay oriented as they are. The signs will not move, or change direction. If you choose less than 10 places, then we will remove the additional signs and spread the remaining signs out over the post.

Unless otherwise stipulated, the first place on your city/town list will be used as the home city/starting point and we will calculate the miles from there.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TELL US YOUR HOME CITY, OR THE CITY YOU WANT MILES CALCULATED FROM WHEN YOU ORDER.
ALSO, PLEASE BE SURE TO SPECIFY THE STATE OR COUNTRY EACH PLACE IS LOCATED.

If you do not want the state or country listed on the print, then please make your list like this:
Dublin (Ohio)
Burlington (VT)
Portland (ME)
There are many place names in more than one location and we cannot guess where you have traveled or lived, so please be thorough when listing your locations.

If we send a proof three times and do not hear back with an approval, we will print and ship the poster rather than keep the order on hold. If you have not listed the city and the state or country, then we will not be able to calculate the miles. If we e-mail three times asking for this information and do not hear back, then we will make and ship the poster with the place names as you have listed them and no miles. THIS IS IMPORTANT! So please check your e-mail and your Etsy messages because we want your art to be perfect for you!

ABOUT THE PRINT:
PAPER PRINT - Your print comes as an original Giclee print on high-quality acid-free 200 gsm Epson matte museum quality paper using Ultracrome archival pigment inks. All paper prints come with a small white border unless otherwise requested when you place your order (with the exception of 5x7, which comes borderless). Paper prints arrive either flat in a clear plastic bag and hard envelope (for smaller sizes), or rolled with tissue or plastic in a tube (for larger sizes). Frame and matting are not included with any paper print.

FRAMED CANVAS - We now offer framed canvas, which makes a perfect gift, and arrives ready to hang! 100% cotton canvas stretched on a 1.25” lightweight frame, and surrounded by a Black Poplar wood frame, with the hanging hardware already installed.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRINT:
SIZE- We offer several sizes to suit your needs. Select your size from the drop-down menu at the right. Don't worry, all the sizes offered are standard sizes and frames can easily be found at any frame or craft store once you are ready to hang your prints. The A3 (11.7 X 16.5) and A4 (8.3 X 11.7) are standard European sizes.

COLOR - Choose the color you prefer from the drop-down menu on the right side of the page. Please note that there may be color variation between the image on your screen and the actual printed poster, as every computer screen shows color differently. We do not guarantee an exact color match. We use high-quality Ultracrome Ink but due to variations in ink composition between manufacturers, there may be subtle differences in the final color of the finished print if you are trying to match an exact color or previously purchased print. If White is chosen as the background color, then the lettering will be Black. If you need a special color, please contact us and we will work with you to get as close a match to the color you need as possible.

SHIP TIME - We work hard to make and print your original art quickly, but during really busy times, it may take a day or two longer than expected. Canvas is also handmade and does take a few days longer than paper prints to make and ship. We work hard to stick to the production times listed on the item page, but please do have patience if occasionally it takes us a little bit longer! If you have an item that you need in a rush, please do contact us and let us know and we will do our best to rush it through for you.

We are artists, and we hand-make each print for you upon ordering. Each piece is unique, handmade, and packed with care. Whenever possible, we travel and photograph new places so that we can truly bring the world to your walls! Along with Hayden and Izzie (our dogs), we have traveled from Maine to California and most places in between!
